EVENT PLANNER

We are looking for enthusiastic Event Planner to produce events from conception through to completion.

The Event Planner will be required to work alongside the Event Managers to provide outstanding customer service

and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations.

Requirements:

Full-time position
Excellent time management, must be able to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
Possess strong leadership, communication, organisational and management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Must possess own transport
May require to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Requirements:

Full-time position
Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent
Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
Possess strong visual conceptualisation
Able to converse in English, Malay and Chinese
Must possess own transport
May require to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
May require to work at event sites, when necessary

We are offering an opportunity to intern with us for a minimum duration of 2 months.

Interns are expected to be as driven as an Event Manager and will work alongside us on all projects.
